How Comfort Trade runs, step by step
As soon as you buy and your payment clears, the order page asks for your EA account login and a one-time security code. Add them, and an agent picks the order up and signs in to your club on the Web App. From there the coins come in through normal trades: the agent buys and sells cards in a way that leaves the right number of FC 27 coins in your club, then signs out. For orders above a couple of million the work is split into batches, which is why a big order arrives in steps rather than all at once.
Your part is to stay away, which also keeps the club safe. If you open Ultimate Team on any device while the agent is working, EA signs one of you out and the order stops until you leave. Player Auction, which our partner calls Player Listing, is the method where nobody signs in to your account: you list a player card on the transfer market at an agreed Buy Now figure, and the seller's buyer takes it, which pays the coins into your club. What affects delivery time
- Order size. The more coins you buy, the more batches, so a 10M order uses more of the window than 1M.
- Your sign-ins. Opening Ultimate Team during a Comfort Trade pauses the order every time.
- EA's servers. Maintenance or transfer market outages stop all trading until EA is back.
- Club readiness. A locked transfer market or a full transfer list blocks delivery until fixed.
- Promo nights. Heavy market traffic during big releases can slow trades down a little.
How to follow your order
Your order page shows the status of the delivery. If you want a person to check, send your order number to live support at any hour and we tell you exactly where the delivery stands, including how much of a large order has already arrived.
If delivery is late
Most delays have a simple cause from the list above, usually a sign-in or an EA outage, and clear up by themselves. If your order is running past the delivery time, message live support. We check the club and finish the order, and until work on it has started you can cancel for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
