Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed through fut-coins.com (the “site”), run under the name Fut-Coins (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them. Questions about these terms go to support@fut-coins.com.

Checkout, payment and delivery are handled by our partner Onlyfarms on onlyfarms.gg. Its own terms also apply to your purchase, and you can read them at checkout.

2. The service

We offer a delivery service for in-game coins in EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team (“coins”) for PlayStation, Xbox and PC. You pay for the service of delivering coins to your club. Coins are virtual items with no cash value outside the game. Fut-Coins is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc.

3. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must own the EA account and the Ultimate Team club that receives the coins.

4. EA's rules and your account

Electronic Arts does not allow buying coins from third parties. By ordering, you accept that EA may act against your account, for example by removing coins or restricting the transfer market. We deliver in a way that keeps this risk low, but we cannot promise that EA will take no action, and we have no influence over EA's decisions.

5. Your obligations

  • Give accurate order and delivery details.
  • Keep the transfer market unlocked and leave room in your club for the delivery.
  • During delivery, stay signed out of Ultimate Team on every device.
  • Do not pass the coins on to other clubs, resell them or use them to break EA's rules further.

6. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown per amount of coins and follow the market, so they can change at any time before you pay. The checkout charges in euros, or in US dollars for buyers in the US; amounts shown in other currencies are estimates. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud, and in that case you get a full refund.

7. Delivery

Coins are delivered by Comfort Trade: after payment you add your EA login and a one-time security code on your order page, and a delivery agent moves the coins into your club. The delivery time is the one shown at checkout, currently within 2 hours of payment. Large orders are delivered in batches. Delays caused by EA's servers, a locked transfer market or your own sign-ins do not count as a failure to deliver. Other delivery methods are available only when they are offered at checkout.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Every order comes with a money-back guarantee: a full refund if you cancel before work on the order begins, and a partial refund based on progress if delivery is already underway. Refund requests are accepted for 21 days from the date of payment. Price changes after payment are not refunded. The details are in our refund policy and on the guarantee page. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; most issues are resolved faster that way.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the site for fraud, pay with a payment method you are not authorised to use, resell coins bought here, or use the site in any way that breaks the law. We may refuse further orders from anyone who does.

10. Intellectual property

The content and design of the site belong to us. EA SPORTS FC, Ultimate Team and related names are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.; FIFA is a trademark of FIFA. They are used only to describe the game the service relates to.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by EA's actions, or for losses caused by your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site when you placed it.

13. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts there.
