How the money-back guarantee works
Until work on the order begins, it can be cancelled for the full amount, no questions asked. Once an agent has begun moving coins, a cancellation is refunded for the part that hasn't been delivered yet, based on the order's progress. If an order can't be delivered at all, you get your money back in full. Refunds go to the payment method you used, and requests are accepted for 21 days from the date of payment.
Prices follow the market, so a lower rate after you have paid isn't refunded. The guarantee is about your order. It can't undo something EA does to your account as a whole, which is why we explain the risks honestly on our safety page and deliver in a way that keeps them low.
