FUT Coins FAQ

FUT coins, also called futcoins, FC coins or FIFA coins, are the currency of FC 27 Ultimate Team. You use them to buy players on the transfer market, open packs and complete SBCs. They are earned by playing, or bought from sellers like us when you would rather skip the grind.

Yes. EA only sells FC Points, but coin sellers deliver coins to your club through the transfer market, just as in earlier games. Here you pick PS5 / PS4, Xbox or PC, set the amount and pay, and the coins are delivered within 2 hours.

Today 1M coins cost €90.25 on PlayStation and Xbox and €82.65 on PC. The rate moves with the market, so the price page and the calculator always show the current figure.

Cheap is easy to find; cheap and safe is harder. Prices far below the market often mean coins that EA can trace and remove. Look for a fair rate from a seller with a guarantee, and buy between promos rather than on launch nights.

50K coins, the same minimum as at our partner's checkout. The quick picks are 100K, 250K, 500K, 1M and 2M; any larger amount works too, at the same rate per coin.

You can pay for a friend's order, but the delivery details must come from the club owner, and the guarantee only covers the club that receives the coins. Never pass on someone else's login without their say.

Every order goes by Comfort Trade and is delivered within 2 hours of payment. Big orders come in batches within that window. The delivery page explains what changes the timing.

The hands-free method. You add your EA login and a one-time security code on the order page, an agent signs in on the Web App, moves the coins into your club and signs out. You don't list anything yourself.

The private method: you list a player card at an agreed Buy Now figure and the seller's buyer takes it, so your login never leaves your hands. It is switched off at our partner's checkout for now, so every order is delivered by Comfort Trade.

No, and with Comfort Trade you shouldn't be. Signing in to Ultimate Team on any device interrupts the agent, so leave the game and the apps closed until the order shows delivered.

Message live chat with your order number. Most delays come from a sign-in during delivery or an EA outage and clear quickly. If something went wrong on our side, we fix it, and until work on the order begins you can cancel for a full refund.

There is some risk, because EA's rules don't allow buying coins. Delivery in normal-sized trades, one order at a time and normal play afterwards keep it low. Our safety page explains what EA checks.

In theory, yes: EA can remove coins, lock the transfer market or suspend accounts it catches. In practice, action follows unusual trading patterns, which is exactly what careful delivery avoids.

Yes in the sense that it isn't a crime in most countries. It is against EA's terms, so what you risk is your EA account, not a fine.

Euros, or US dollars if you are in the US. The calculator can show pounds, Australian and Canadian dollars too, but those are estimates; the checkout shows the exact total before you pay.

Yes, within 21 days of payment: in full if work on the order hasn't started, and by progress if it is underway. Price changes after you pay aren't refunded. The full rules are in our refund policy.

No. Every new FC starts a new Ultimate Team club, so coins stay in the game you bought them for. Buy for FC 27 and spend them this season.

FC Points are bought from EA with real money and only open packs or pay for Draft. FC coins are earned or bought from sellers and buy any player on the transfer market.
